The Lawyer – McDermott Will & Emery has poached SJ Berwin partner Nick Terras for its growing structured finance and hedge funds group.
Terras, a specialist in structured finance and investment funds, is set to join McDermotts from SJ Berwin, where he has been a partner since October 2003. Prior to that he established Withers’ hedge fund practice.
During his time at SJ Berwin, Terras has acted for a number significant hedge funds and managers, investment banks and other product providers.
