Vistra acquires Canyon CTS

(Hedgeweek) Vistra, a provider of international incorporations, trust, fiduciary, private office, and fund administration services, has acquired Canyon CTS (Canyon), a boutique capital markets corporate and trust business headquartered in Shannon, Ireland, with offices in Dublin and New York.
