Marex to acquire Cowen’s legacy prime brokerage and outsourced trading business

(Hedgeweek) Global financial services platform Marex has agreed to acquire Cowen’s legacy prime brokerage and outsourced trading business, with the transaction expected to complete by the end of the year, subject to regulatory approval.
