(CNBC) In a harshly worded closing argument, prosecutors on Tuesday said former Theranos COO Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani “wasn’t a victim, he was the perpetrator of fraud” in the company’s downfall, while his attorney blasted the government’s case calling it inconsistent.
