(New York Post) The number of US hedge funds continued to decline in the second quarter, but the pace of the downturn is slowing, according to a report. There were 239 hedge fund liquidations in the second quarter, according to data released by Hedge Fund Research, down from 291 in first quarter but still up from the 200 closures a year ago.
