European ETF assets hits all-time high-BGI
Friday, September 18, 2009 : PermalinkReuters – European exchange traded fund (ETF) assets hit an all-time high of $192 billion at the end of August, driven by strong demand for emerging market and fixed income ETFs, according to a report from Barclays Global Investors.
The fund manager’s report, published on Thursday, found that assets were 5.3 percent above the previous all-time high of $182.5 billion set in July 2009.
