UK Panel says Monterrey failed disclosure rules
Friday, October 19, 2007 : PermalinkReuters.uk- The UK Takeover Panel said on Friday Australian hedge fund manager Monterrey Investment Management had failed to disclose dealings in iSOFT and IBA Health Ltd as required bytakeover regulations.
It said Monterrey acquired 13.2 percent of iSOFT shares between May 18 and July 18 and did not disclose any of these dealings within the appropriate time frames.
The fund also did not disclose its purchase of IBA shares between May 18 and Aug. 9 within the appropriate time frames.
