(CNBC) Stock futures traded flat early Tuesday, after the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at a new record. Futures tied to the Dow were up 4 points, or 0.01%. S&P 500 futures traded around the flatline, and Nasdaq 100 futures inched up 0.05%.
