(CNBC) Stock futures were little changed on Tuesday morning, after the S&P 500 closed at a record to end September. Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average ticked down 27 points, or about 0.06%. S&P 500 futures inched lower by 0.06%, while Nasdaq 100 futures were just below the flatline.
