In addition to this important recognition, the Guide also ranks O’Melveny & Myers 9th in Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund Formation over the same time period. The Guide will be made available to the public in December.
The publication of the Second Edition of the Guide to Venture Capital and Private Equity Attorneys ranks law firms by the number of private equity and venture capital deals they have structured in the first half of 2003, and by the number of funds they have formed for the same time period. The second edition provides up-to-date and detailed profiles of 63 law firms. The ranking was based on self-reporting by law firms.
