LONDON (Reuters) – Niche investments like trailer park financing can offer returns of around 15 percent, outgunning what most big hedge funds can deliver, said Soondra Appavoo, managing director of Psolve Alternative Investments.
Investing in financing strategies and special situations, like restructuring projects, offers very robust returns for the smaller and more nimble hedge funds and funds of funds, he said.
