NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct. 1, 2003–Fox-Pitt, Kelton (“FPK”), the only investment bank specializing in financial institutions worldwide, today announced the appointment of Joseph C. Duwan asU.S. Director of Research and a senior member of the U.S. Bank Research Team.
Mr. Duwan brings 19 years of experience in equity research, investment management and corporate finance to Fox-Pitt, Kelton. He began his career with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in corporate finance and merger advisory and in 1990 joined the equity research department as a bank stock analyst covering large-capitalization regional banks. In 2001, Mr. Duwan became the Director of Research at Conning & Company (the equity division was subsequently merged with Fox-Pitt, Kelton). Mr. Duwan was most recently associated with a hedge fund. He is a CPA and received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
