Mayor Bloomberg declares Sep 23 as “100 Women in Hedge Funds Education Day”

bloomberg2New York (HedgeCo.Net) – The mayor of New York has proclaimed that in celebration of 100 Women in Hedge Funds (100WHF’s) 400th education session, Sep 23 will be the “100 Women in Hedge Funds Education Day.”

The session takes place at 399 Park Avenue with Stanley Druckenmiller, Chairman and CEO of the Duquesne Family Office.

“Stanley Druckenmiller, renowned investment manager of a $12 billion alternative investment fund, shares his insights on generating and maintaining high returns, from an outsider’s perspective.” 100WHF says, “Learn his outlook for the US and global markets in 2013-14. An alumnus of Bowdoin College, he will be interviewed by Paula J. Volent, CFA, Senior Vice President for Investments, Bowdoin College.”
