Ferrell Capital Management moving offices

Greenwich, CT September 7, 2005 – Ferrell Capital Management is pleased to announce we have moved to new expanded offices at 9 Greenwich Office Park, Greenwich, CT 06831.

William G. Ferrell, CEO of Ferrell Capital and 20 year resident of Greenwich has expanded to accommodate growth in his business. “When I founded Ferrell Capital in 1988, we were one of the first financial service firms to move from Wall Street to Greenwich. I can still remember being nervous about moving so far from the pulse of my career in capital markets at Citibank and Kidder Peabody. For the past 17 years we have been part of a vibrant, growing financial community in Fairfield County.”

Throughout most of the firm’s 17 year history, Ferrell made its mark as a risk management consulting firm, counting many of the top money center banks and institutional investors in North America and Europe as clients. For the past several years the firm has applied its risk allocation tool kit to managing a large fund of 80 hedge funds to generate returns for proprietary trading bank clients.

“Our new space will enable our firm to grow to service our clients by providing cutting edge Alpha solutions for institutional investors,“ said Kelley Gasparino, Chief Operating Officer.

“Alpha generation is founded on market risk. We are expanding our value proposition to manage Alpha strategies to make them relevant for institutions who want to improve overall investment performance. Our move gives us room to expand our professional staff to manage our growing business,” said John Podewils, Director of Research. We will be managing Portable Alpha Strategies customized to meet the investment objectives of institutional clients. Now we will be able to put all the ingredients for execution and client service in place.”
