(Pink Sheets:PDNW) announced its Wholly owned subsidiary On Alert Systems, Inc. has been chosen as anOklahoma and regionally based rapid growth entrepreneur company to be showcased to investors on September 17-18, 2003 at the 14th Annual Southwest Capital Conference (SWCC). This two-day event,hosted by the Oklahoma Investment Forum, provides entrepreneurs who are seeking high-risk capital the opportunity to network and develop relationships with capital providers and businessprofessionals from across the nation.
The selected companies include Cytovance Biologics, Inc.; ForcePro, LLC; Intelemed.net; LifeGuard America, LLC; nScrypt; On Alert Systems; Selexis Corporation and Zapaq, Inc. The companies range from start-up to expanding growth, representing the manufacturing, biotechnology/life sciences, information and security technology markets.
Each entrepreneur company will have an exhibit at the conference and give a 10-minute verbal presentation. Last year, the conference audience included venture capitalists from 10 different states, representing more than $6 billion in managed funds.

The Southwest Capital Conference is the only conference of its kind in Oklahoma.
