(Opalesque) Alternative investments fintech iCapital has purchased UBS Fund Advisor, the wirehouse’s legacy proprietary U.S. alternative investment manager and feeder fund platform. The platform generally referred to as “AlphaKeys Funds,” represents more than US$7 billion in client assets.
