(Opalesque) The hedge fund industry tallied its 9th straight month of gains in July 2021 with an overall return of 0.07%, according to the Barclay Hedge Fund Index compiled by BarclayHedge, a division of Backstop Solutions. By comparison, the S&P 500 Total Return Index gained 2.38% in July.
