(CNBC) U.S. stock futures were flat in overnight trading on Tuesday, after the S&P 500 hit its highest level ever, wiping out all the losses from the coronavirus sell-off. Dow futures rose 18 points. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures gained 0.04% and 0.05%, respectively.
