Norway Mulls Alternatives to Sluggish Europe for $1 Trillion Fund

(Reuters) Norway’s $1-trillion-plus sovereign wealth fund, the world’s largest, may seek to shift the balance of its investments between Europe, the Americas and Asia, a senior official said on Wednesday. North American equity markets have grown faster than European ones since the last time Norway examined the regional weight of the fund’s reference portfolio, in 2012.
