(Cincinnati TV.com) Procter & Gamble’s former chief financial officer said it was time for the company to “do something different.” The consumer product giant’s former top financial executive explained why he joined forces with activist investor Nelson Peltz in a video released Monday by hedge fund Trian Management Fund. Peltz is seeking a board seat in a proxy fight with P&G that will give him more influence over company management and strategy.
