Larkspur, CA, August 14, 2006 – LRG Capital Group LLC, a global merchant bank that invests in and provides advisory services to small and mid-cap public companies, today announced that Paul Enderlehas joined the firm as Managing Director.
Mr. Enderle, 38, is responsible for sourcing and executing deals across all sectors, with a particular emphasis on Life Sciences and Technology. He reports to Lawrence Goldfarb, Chief ExecutiveOfficer of LRG Capital and Portfolio Manager of its underlying BayStar Funds.

Mr. Enderle brings more than 15 years of experience at General Electric to his new role. He was most recently Vice President for GE Capital Life Science & Technology Finance. Prior to that, heserved as Vice President for GE Capitals Middle Market Finance Group. He originated over $300 million in investments for GE Capital between 1998 and 2006. He received his B.S. in Engineering from TheUniversity of Massachusetts and his M.B.A. from Babson College, Summa Cum Laude, in 2006.
