Guggenheim Partners and Brown Brothers form a strategic partnership to offer hedge funds

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (HEDGECO.NET) – Guggenheim Partners and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. have formed a strategic alliance to offer hedge fund products, both companies announced. According to thestatements, the alliance will provide alternative investors with innovative products, which will emphasize �meaningful risk monitoring and analysis.�

The new portfolios will employ innovative multi-strategy and multi-manager formats for trading, according to the statement. Details about the fee structure or the minimum investment requirements were not immediately provided.

Guggenheim Partners is a private investment firm owned by the Guggenheim family, several private investors and senior management. The firm provides discrete investment management and advisory services to select clients throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia from offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, London, Geneva and Hong Kong.

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. is one of the oldest and largest private banks in the United States.
