NYP – Suzanne Murphy — the hedge-fund exec who claimed she was threatened by her ex-husband’s young Polish wife — has won a round in her bitter custody battle with investment banker Robert B. Albertson, 67.
A judge ruled this month that Sandler O’Neill chief strategist Albertson’s new wife Karolina, 28, is not allowed around his and Murphy’s young daughter after Karolina’s arrest on second-degree aggravated-harassment charges for allegedly telling Murphy, “If you don’t leave my husband alone, I’m going to have your face smashed in.”
