Boreas has over 12 years experience workingin the institutional financial services industry. He was formerly the Director of Research at PFM Advisors, an investment-consulting firm serving corporate and individuals in the area of pension,foundations, and endowments.

Its three founding members Patricia Young, Diana Wagner, and Mindy Posoff formed new Market Capital Partners in 2003. The firm currently has $315 million under management. New Market Capital Partners, LLC is a registered investment advisor with the SEC, a commodity pool operator registered with the CFTC, and a member of the NFA. The firm is also nationally certified by the WBENC as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise, according to company statements.
