Fed has made corporate-bond market ‘too big to fail,’ says Guggenheim’s Minerd

(Marketwatch) What does it mean when a whole financial market becomes too-big-to-fail? That is the concern from Scott Minerd of Guggenheim Partners who says the Federal Reserve’s interventions to support the market for debt issued by highly rated corporations wouldn’t be allowed to seize up.
