Yury Parad, a 30-year Veteran of the IT Industry Brings Experience as a Software Executive, Systems Integrator and Venture Capitalist
Extraprise(R), the internationally recognized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting firm, today announced that its shareholders have approved the appointment of a new member of the company’s board of directors. Yury Parad, a thirty-year veteran of the information technology industry joined the board on April 24th.
Mr. Parad brings Extraprise more than ten years of venture capital expertise and over 30 years of entrepreneurial, professional and managerial experience in all aspects of information technology. He was most recently Chief Strategy Officer at ETF Group, a Swiss-based venture capital firm with offices in the U.S., U.K., France, Italy, Germany and Australia. Prior to that, he was CEO and major shareholder of APP Group, the second largest systems integrator in Central Eastern Europe and the first SAP System House outside of Germany. He sold APP Group to Warburg Pincus Ventures. Parad also served in a number of senior management positions at Oracle Corporation in the United States and Europe. He is a private investor in a number of successful start-ups, including The Fantastic Corporation AG, (Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Symbol: FAN).
