(CNBC) U.S. stock futures were higher in Monday early morning trade, continuing a volatile week for stocks gripped by the coronavirus shutdown. Dow futures were 254 points higher, implying a Wednesday opening gain of about 201 points. S&P 500 and Nasdaq futures also pointed to a higher open for both indexes on Wednesday.
