Half of Hedge Funds Think Their Competitors Are Cheating

WSJ – Hedge-fund employees seem to agree with federal authorities that their industry needs to clean up its act.

Almost half of hedge-fund professionals believe their competitors are engaged in illegal activity and more than a third say they have felt pressure to break rules at work, according to an online survey released Tuesday. Meanwhile, 30% of respondents said they had witnessed misconduct on the job.
