Private Equity Wire – Alternative fund of funds manager HRJ Capital has announced the final closing of HRJ Special Opportunities Fund I, a fund of private equity funds, with USD195m of commitments from a diverse group of investors.
Limited partners include endowments, foundations, pension plans, family offices, investment advisors and high net worth individuals. A significant portion of the investor base is located outside the US, including Germany, the UK and France.
The fund is currently fully committed to a diversified portfolio of US and international private equity funds focused on distressed debt, restructuring, turnarounds and special situations.
