(CNBC) U.S. stock futures rose in overnight trading on Monday before the first trading day of March as investors continue to monitor the fighting between Russia and Ukraine. Dow futures rose about 70 points. S&P 500 futures added 0.2% and Nasdaq 100 futures increased 0.2%.
