Canopius acquires Multi-Strat Holdings

(Opalesque) London-based global specialty reinsurer Canopius has acquired Bermuda-based Multi-Strat Holdings Ltd. Multi-Strat Holdings is a specialty reinsurer focused on casualty reinsurance and casualty reinsurance linked security (ILS) transactions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
