TheStreet – The author of “The Big Short,” Michael Lewis, his publisher W.W. Norton & Company, and FrontPoint Partners’ Steve Eisman are being sued for defamation by Wing Chau and his Harding Advisory.
Chau, a collateralized debt obligation (CDO) specialist, alleges that Lewis made false statements in his book about the mortgage meltdown in which he is portrayed as a “villian,” that is responsible for the financial crisis, according to Reuters article cites court documents.
