diversiTrust Income Fund Announces Distribution

diversiTrust Income Fund (TSX:DTF), announces a monthly distribution of $0.0771 per unit of the Fund (the “Trust Units”). The distribution will be paid on March 12, 2004, to unitholders of record asof February 27, 2004. This distribution represents an annualized yield of 7.94% based on a Trust Unit trading price of $11.65 as at February 17, 2004. ¶ This closed-end Fund allows Unitholders toparticipate in returns on an actively managed and diversified portfolio of business, resource, real estate and utility trusts as well as other high-yielding securities. As at February 17, 2004 thenet asset value was $12.63 per Trust Unit and the closing trading price was $11.65 per Trust Unit (representing a discount of 7.76% when measured against the net asset value per Trust Unit). ¶Goodman & Company, the Manager of the Fund, is also responsible for the management of Dynamic Focus+ Diversified Income Trust Fund, an open-end mutual fund trust with assets over $1.4 billion anddiversiTrust Stable Income Fund, a closed-end trust with assets of approximately $198 million as of January 30, 2004. ¶ Goodman & Company is a leading Canadian investment firm tracing itsportfolio management roots back over 45 years, with more than $11 billion in assets under management.
