(CNBC) Stock futures held steady in overnight trading on Monday following a record-setting rally sparked by promising news on a coronavirus vaccine. Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 20 points. S&P 500 futures fell 0.1% and Nasdaq 100 futures also traded 0.1% lower.
