Curtis Announces the Opening of an Istanbul Office

May 14, 2007, New York, NY – Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP is pleased to 

announce the opening of Curtis Mallet-Prevost Danmanlk Ltd. ti. in Istanbul.

Consistent with the Firm’s international orientation, the new office will be dedicated to 

assisting clients in international corporate transactions. 
 

The move to Istanbul is part of the Firm’s recent expansion strategy in Europe and the 

Middle East, which has seen substantial growth in the London, Paris and Frankfurt 

offices. The Firm is now planning to expand its office in Muscat and expects to open in

Dubai in the near term. The new Istanbul office will be headed by Ali R. Gursel, who 

joined the Firm in its New York office in 1997, specializing in international financings 

and cross-border corporate transactions.
