$200000 penalty for actor’s mother

Chicago Tribune – The mother of actor Vince Vaughn must pay a $200,000 civil penalty as part of an agreement reached with the Securities and Exchange Commission over the management of her Lake Foresthedge fund company, Directors Financial Group Ltd.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois entered the final judgment on Monday in the SEC’s civil action against Directors and Sharon Vaughn.

Vaughn consented to the judgment without admitting or denying the allegations.
