Reuters – Fund firm Henderson will launch a fund that will invest in a range of its own hedge funds.
The Henderson Total Return fund will launch on September 1 and be managed by Bill McQuaker, Director of Multi-Manager Funds.
It will invest in nine Henderson-run hedge funds that employ long-short directional equity, multi-strategy equity market neutral, fixed income and equity style rotational strategies.
The portfolio will target a return of 12-15 percent and aim to maintain volatility at an “acceptably low” level.
