The new hedge fund hotelis Asia�s first, and according to published reports, the new hotel will be providing assistance to new hedge fund companies seeking to set up operations in the region. It will also provide logisticalsupport as well to such new hedge fund ventures.
Alexander Mearns, the chief operating officer of the new hedge fund hotel said, �We provide office space and human resources support to new funds and whatever else is needed to run a hedge fund more effectively and cheaper.�
According to Mearns, this idea is Eurekahedge�s �existing business model.� Such a model endeavors to assist new hedge fund startup companies to select the best services to facilitate their operations, in such areas as prime brokerage services, hedge fund administrative help, accountants, auditors, as well as other areas of needed services such as the establishment of legal structures.
