Mr. Bedell, formerly an attorney at Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, joins us as Of Counsel in the Financial Services Group. Mr. Bedell�s practice focuses on the negotiation of partnership and shareholder agreements for both domestic and offshore entities. In addition, his specialties include distressed situations, securitizations, and public and private debt offerings. He brings to Sadis & Goldberg over 12 years experience in all phases of corporate finance. A graduate of Columbia University and Yale Law School, Mr. Bedell is a member of the bar of New York and Massachusetts.
Amy L. Dobson, formerly an associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP, joins us as an associate in the Financial Services Group. Ms. Dobson received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo Law School. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY College at Buffalo.
