WEST PALM BEACH, FL (HEDGECO.NET) – The Dow Jones & Company announced the launching of its �Wealth Manager� solution, an effort to capture some of the action from alternative investments, such ashedge funds. The new product, according to the press release, was developed through a strategic alliance with Client Dynamics.
The Wealth Manager solution will enable financial advisers to �build deeper relationships with clients and prospects through meaningful communication, and assists firms in increasing total assets under management. The solution is designed so that it would enable advisers to apply their knowledge of their clients’ goals and interests to generate thoughtful reasons for calls and e-mail�, the press release noted. The new solution also offers other specialized features for wealth managers, including topics such as estate planning, taxes and alternative investments.
The Wealth Manager will also enable advisers and fund managers to profile their clients as well as prospects, through a browser-based application, which will enable the user to integrate their proprietary research with the Wealth Manager. This will ultimately link up with clients and potential prospects, upon such basis, the adviser or manager will then decide the necessity of contacting such clients.
The new solution will also simultaneously provide the Dow Jones market-leading indicators, Dow Jones Newswires, and other news carrier such as the Wall Street Journal, Barron�s, and Smart Money. Commenting on the new product, Paul Ingrassia, the president of Dow Jones Newswires said, “Dow Jones Wealth Manager turns Dow Jones news into a powerful customer relationship tool, our solution will help advisers and wealth managers strengthen relationships with their clients by encouraging more relevant client contact – more often,� he explained.
