Maximum Dynamics Announces Strategic Partnership in Mexico

Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTC BB: MXDY), a technology solutions company that combines cutting edge technology with its back office and administration services to provide client side support and business process management services, announced today that it has formed a strategic partnership with Hiper Systems de Mexico S.A. de C.V. (Hiper Systems), a Mexican firm specializing in providing solutions for financial institutions in areas like Point of Sale (POS) and electronic payment.

In the agreement, Hiper Systems will begin the certification process for Maximum’s mobile point of sale device, MPOS2002, and test the device for two pilot projects with a well-known bottling company and a large cellular company in Mexico. After meeting with Hiper Systems and the cellular company, Maximum structured the agreement so that Hiper Systems and Maximum will share resources as they build out infrastructure and business development efforts for Maximum in Mexico.

Hiper Systems has had twelve years of technology certification and systems integration experience. The company’s founder, Eduardo Martinez, played a key role in the introduction of several communication devices including point of sale devices developed by Hypercom, one of the largest card processing terminals manufacturers in the world. Hiper Systems has also worked on several certification projects involving cellular companies, logistics and other technology solutions requiring certification with certain quality and integration standards.

“We are very pleased to begin working with Hiper Systems on this exciting project because they have the experience, the connections and the capabilities to help us get MPOS certified and then take it into the market place in Mexico,” said Eric Majors, CEO and President of Maximum Dynamics. “When Joshua Wolcott (CFO) and I went to Mexico at the invitation of those expressing interest in our mobile commerce and communications devices, we were excited by the opportunities that were presented to us. We had a number of outstanding meetings with people who are very excited about our technology solutions that we are selling in South Africa and the potential they represent in a market like Mexico. Hiper Systems is just one of those groups. They share our same philosophy of working with the right people and taking the time that is required to build a solid foundation from which to grow.”

In September 2003, Maximum engaged the services of several independent contractors in Mexico to begin laying the framework for moving into Mexico with technology solutions such as MPOS and Maximum’s newly acquired tracking technology, TagNet. These consultants were largely responsible for the forming of this partnership and for making efforts to bring other possible partners to the table to assist with the roll out of technology solutions in Mexico. One consultant, Victor M. Angel, will act as the Project Manager in Mexico for Maximum Dynamics, Inc. and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Maximum’s technology solutions in Mexico and Latin America.
