Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTC BB: MXDY), a technology solutions company that combines cutting edge technology with its back office and administration services to provide client side support and business process management services, announced today that Andile Mbeki accepted an invitation to join Maximum’s International Advisory Board.
Andile Mbeki, who is a South African national, is the top brass of the youth activists and an emerging leader in South Africa in his own right. He has recently been appointed to serve on the board of the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), which is South Africa’s largest broadcasting company with millions of television and radio subscribers. Mr. Mbeki has thirteen years of experience in training and development and has been operating at a national level for the last four years by being instrumental in the national skills development processes for South Africa. Mr. Mbeki has worked extensively in building relationships throughout South Africa and held executive positions in various structures in the political arena, trade unions, youth organisations, non-governmental organizations (non-profits) and civic societies. He currently serves as the Skills Development Facilitator for the National Department of Agriculture where he oversees the efficient management of human and financial resources in support of employee development.
“I speak for our entire group when I say that we are all very excited to be working with Mr. Mbeki,” said Eric Majors, CEO of Maximum. “His relationships with the media distribution channels as well as top level business and government leaders in South Africa and other parts of Africa will help us tremendously as we execute our business plan. If you look at our advisory board, we now have people who can assist us in business and humanitarian initiatives at the top levels of government, banks, the media, insurance companies and other essential industries. These people are working with us for a reason and that’s because they believe in us and what we are doing.”
As an advisor on entrepreneurship and innovation in South Africa, Mr. Mbeki was impressed with Maximum’s ability to do so much with so little or no financial capital. He also is excited about the current business development and Maximum’s positioning for the explosive business opportunities that abound in the African region. Mr. Mbeki decided to join the Advisory Board because he is excited to be involved with a company that is poised to not only experience significant growth but that is also committed to helping people help themselves.
“We are bracing ourselves and preparing for a great deal of business in the first and second quarters of 2004,” added Majors. “At the same time, though, people from all levels are joining us in our efforts to help empower people to help themselves and to then take responsibility for helping those around them. Our approach is being widely haled as a practical way to provide better opportunities to people through business, education and training. In so doing, we are discovering that there are very large economies in this country and regions that exist within remote communities and townships that remain virtually untapped. People like Mr. Mbeki are helping us to see that not only are we able to help people but we can be one of the only companies tapping into enormous business opportunities.”
Mr. Mbeki routinely serves as an advisor to numerous formations that involve skills development particularly those that are in support of youth development. He is also a member of the Black Management Forum (BMF) and the South African Public Service Trainer’s Association (SAPSTA). Mr. Mbeki is working on a MBA at the De Montfort University in the United Kingdom. He holds a Masters in Science in Curriculum Development and Administration from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota and a Bachelors degree in Primary Education from the University of Port Elizabeth.
