LOS GATOS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct. 16, 2003–VhaYu Technologies Corp. announced today that Ross Dubin, formerly at Unisys, and Maureen Baker, formerly at SunGard, have joined its sales team inNew York, reporting to Gary Manton, director, sales and marketing.

Ross Dubin joins VhaYu from the global financial solutions group at Unisys, which in 1999 acquired TechHackers where he served as director of sales for their fixed income and derivatives analysis software products.
Maureen Baker has held senior sales executive positions at SunGard Systems, Inc. Summit Systems, Inc. and Intuitive Products International, now known as Scrittura, Inc. Previously, she spent three years at Thomson Financial as regional sales manager, joining Thomson from Marine Midland Securities in New York where she was vice president, sales and marketing. She began her career as a financial analyst and assistant fixed income trader at Bear Stearns.
