Medix Resources Names New President, Chief Operating Officer

Brown was also elected to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors on September 22, 2003.Brown replaces Darryl Cohen as President. Cohen will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The position of Chief Operating Officer is new.
