UK Hedge Fund Manager Wannabe Arrested In Cold Case Murder

skeleton.in.closetNew York (HedgeCo.Net) – Self-proclaimed math whiz and aspiring hedge fund manager Steven Goff, 41, of Ventnor, UK, has turned himself in to the police claiming that he killed a teenager in a 1990 cold case.

According to his confession he stabbed the teenager multiple times with a knife in a wooded area behind the Clubs Condominiums in Galloway Township, the police have said.

‘I did the crime and I’m prepared to do the time,’ Goff said.

“The 41-year-old man has described himself as a ‘self educated genius’ and a ‘modern day Renaissance Man’ with a Master’s Degree from the school of hard knocks and a PhD from Google University.” UK ‘news source’ The Daily Mail reports.

“The cause of death had never been determined because, authorities said, the remains had decomposed. Officials did not disclose a motive. After the hearing, Goff was returned to the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of bail set at a $1 million cash.” The Philadelphia Inquirer says.

A friend expressed the hope that ‘this is the last of the skeletons’ in his closet.
