Firms and employees are at risk of regulatory sanctions \u2013 including, for individuals, the possibility of not being found to be \u201cfit and proper\u201d \u2013 for failure to fulfil the FCA\u2019s evolving diversity and inclusion (D&#038;I) expectations.
