Bloom, founder and Managing Partner of Sagamore Hill Capital Management LP, has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director.<\/p>\n<p>  In this role, Mr. Bloom will oversee Silver Creek\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s Early Advantage Fund, a multi-manager fund that invests in emerging hedge fund managers, and will assist with all aspects of the firm\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s  investment process.
