His investment approach  applies a value investor&#8217;s patience to the fast-paced world of growth stocks &#8211; specifically companies that are under a cloud but can reward those who wait.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <span class=\"bodytext\">Weintraub founded Integre two years ago after running funds for respected value-fund shops Neuberger Berman and the Davis funds. Busted growth is now his stock in  trade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <span class=\"bodytext\">&#8220;There&#8217;s so much focus on the next quarter, if you&#8217;re willing to go out three years, you can often have an advantage,&#8221; he added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <span class=\"bodytext\">Integre&#8217;s aims to hurdle the Standard &amp; Poor&#8217;s 500 Index (SYMB:SPX) in both bull and bear markets, and it charges a 1% management fee and a 20% performance fee on profits  that beat the benchmark.
