When starting a small hedge fund, what services make sense to outsource vs doing it yourself?

The fund I am considering starting is really only seed funded (About $1-2M) and then see how things go. IN this instance large fees for compliance, accounting etc may not be viable. I wanted to know for something this small what sorts of services should I seek to outsource vs just doing it internally.
Perhaps another way to ask the same question is whether anyone even services such small funds?
Number one service I am interested in, is independent auditing, and then custodial services.
