What steps do you need to take to raise funds for Hedge fund managers? Is there a standard letter of agreement? What are the typical compensation terms.? Which party pays you?

Basically, we sit down with the manager to get a feel for the fund. If we like the fund, we draft a letter of agreement and begin introducing capital. Compensation varies from fund to fund and is confidential.
